2021 Pre-K Passes Now Available

We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Kings Dominion Pre-K Pass! It’s FREE for kids 3 to 5 years old and includes season-long access for the 2021 season, including Soak City Waterpark!

With your Pre-K Pass, your child can come and go as often as you’d like all-season – for FREE! 

Getting your child’s Pre-K Pass is as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Register online by July 4, 2021.

Step 2: Bring your child to the park any public operating day through September 6, 2021 to activate their pass. Your child must be present and proof of age (original or copy of birth certificate or travel passport) will be required.

Step 3: Buy Season Passes for Mom and/or Dad and have fun with the whole family!

Kings Dominion offers kids ages 3 - 5 years old a free Pre-K Pass. The Pre-K Pass grants complimentary admission to Kings Dominion and Soak City Waterpark for the entire 2021 season.

The Kings Dominion Pre-K Pass is available for kids who are between the ages of 3 - 5 at the time of activation. 

If you registered for a 2020 Pre-K Pass, it will be valid for the 2021 season.

If you purchased Season Pass Add-ons for your 2020 Pre-K Pass, the purchased Add-Ons will be extended through the 2021 season.

As long as your child is 5 years of age on the date you come to the park and activate the pass, they are eligible.

The offer is NOT available at the Kings Dominion front gate. It is a 3 step process to get a Pre-K Pass. First, you must register online at kingsdominion.com. Upon completing the registration process, you will need to print the e-ticket. Second, you will take the e-ticket to any Kings Dominion ticket sales window, along with your child and their identification. You will receive the Pre-K Pass at any Kings Dominion ticket sales window once proper identification is shown proving your child’s date of birth and your child’s picture is taken. Examples of valid identification that Kings Dominion will accept are a birth certificate or travel passport. These can be originals or copies. Third, have fun all season!

Registration at kingsdominion.com is open starting September 8, 2020 through July 4, 2021. Remember, registration is just the first step, you still need to visit the park to activate the Pre-K Pass at the park by September 6, 2021.

The pass must be activated at any Kings Dominion ticket sales window during public operating days by September 6, 2021.

Valid identification includes a birth certificate or a travel passport. These can be originals or copies. Please note that school IDs or children security IDs will not be accepted.

The Pre-K Pass grants complimentary admission to Kings Dominion and Soak City Waterpark for the entire 2021 season. 

No. The Pre-K Pass does not include free parking.

The Pre-K Pass includes Early Ride Times, Early Entry to Soak City and admission to exclusive Passholder events. The Pre-K Pass does not include free parking, bring-a-friend discounts or in-park discounts on food and merchandise.

Yes. Once the Pre-K Pass has been activated, you can add on All Season Dining, Season Pass Drink Plan and/or All Season FunPix.

Not all Cedar Fair parks have a Pre-K Pass. For a free Pre-K Pass, you must register and activate for the park specific Pre-K pass at each park. One pass will not work for all Cedar Fair parks.
