Kings Dominion’s Official KOA Campground

Conveniently located next to Kings Dominion and minutes from I-95, Kings Dominion KOA is perfectly situated as your destination for family fun and camping in Virginia.

The official KOA campground of Kings Dominion features a variety of site types including fully equipped RV sites – some with KOA Patio, Deluxe Cabins that sleep up to 10 people and traditional tent camping. Once you take a stroll around the grounds, you will know that you’ve found your home away from home.

As Kings Dominion’s official campground, guests receive the best deals on admission tickets when they purchase at the Front Desk, as well as a complimentary shuttle service to and from the park. Discounted Admission

Play your way and save on tickets when you purchase your admission at the front desk. Single Day Tickets start as low as $40. Taxes and fees may apply.

Larger Than Life Games

Challenge your friends to a head-to-head game of cornhole, volleyball, giant checkers, basketball or horseshoes with our larger than life games. Please see the Main Office for more information.

Pool Access

Cool off after a long day at the park in our outdoor swimming pool located beside the Main Office. Open seasonally.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Easy and convenient transportation from the campground to the front gate and back again.

Fully Stocked Store

During your visit you will have access to our fully stocked store for all of your food, supplies, and souvenir needs.

Deluxe Cabins

Deluxe cabins sleep up to 10 people and feature a living area with 42" flat screen TV and two futons, a lower-level bedroom with a queen size bed and TV, an upstairs loft area with two additional queen beds and TVs plus two full bathrooms with tub, shower and sink.

The kitchenette features a sink, dorm-sized refrigerator, and microwave.  In addition to heating and air conditioning, all units have a patio with picnic table and charcoal grill. Complimentary wireless internet is also available.

RV Sites

Camp with the coasters. That’s what it’s like at Kings Dominion. You'll be able to “rough it” just a short drive away from the most exciting rides and attractions around.

A variety of full hook-up and water/electric RV sites are available in back-in and pull-through configurations. Both 50amp and 30amp service are available. Our premium sites are level with concrete pads and can also include a charcoal or gas grill and a picnic table.

Your site will be just a short drive to Kings Dominion, and you’ll have convenient access to I-95 to make the most of your visit to Virginia.

Pop-Up & Tent Sites

Nestled beneath the trees, these sites offer the best in true camping. Many sites have access to water and electric. Free Wi-Fi is included for everyone. Convenient and clean bathhouses are nearby.
