Proper attire must be worn at all times including shirts, bottoms (shorts, pants, skirt, etc) and appropriate footwear. Bikini & Bathing Suit style tops and bottoms must be fully covered at all times. Shorts/pants must be worn so as to show no more than the waistband of ones undergarments. Shirts with buttons must be buttoned up to cover a bare chest. Costumes are not permitted and will be refused admission with the exception of those under 12 years old during Halloween Haunt. This policy applies to all guests with the exception of infants.

In WaterWorks, see-through swimsuits and suits that are too revealing such as thong type swimsuits are not permitted. Clothing with metal buckles, buttons, rivets, zippers, or any other sharp objects on the backs or sides will not be permitted on the body slides. Diaper dependent children are required to wear waterproof diaper covers. Guests are required to wear appropriate shoes, shirts, and bottoms (pants, skirts, shorts, etc.) when leaving WaterWorks.

First Aid is available in the park and is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians at all times.
Children may be measured and receive a wristband, if qualified, at the Height Measuring Stations located on International Street and at most major attractions. For the safety of your child, a standard play shoe which does not contribute excessively to the child’s height is required. For example, a child is not permitted to wear platform shoes to help meet a height requirement. Kings Dominion reserves the right to ask that shoes be removed to ensure that a child’s height is not being artificially enhanced or manipulated.
Some attractions may close in bad weather until conditions permit for safe operation.  Please enjoy a show, meal or shopping until such weather passes.
Kings Dominion offers a service to quickly reunite separated children and parents with cell phones.  Please sign up for this service at Guest Services at the Front Gate upon arrival at the park.
Lifejackets are provided free of charge in WaterWorks.  Only coast guard approved lifejackets are allowed.
Should you lose an article during your visit, please check Lost and Found located outside the Main Gate.
Kings Dominion offers a service where the parent of a small child waits in line, both ride!  For more information or to obtain a Parent Swap Pass, please visit Guest Services located at the Front Gate upon arrival at the park.
Hand stamps are available at designated exit turnstiles when leaving the park. To re-enter the parking lot, display your parking ticket on your dashboard. There are no re-entries after 7:00pm during Halloween Haunt.
Only service animals are permitted in the park.

Kings Dominion's Ride Admission Policy has been developed based on the recommendations of the manufacturer, our past experience, and our evaluation of each ride using our knowledge of the ride in both normal and emergency operating conditions.  Our prime consideration is the ability of each person to endure the dynamics of a ride without risk of injury to that person or other riders.
