Youth Leadership Day

Welcome to Kings Dominion’s Youth Leadership Day—where leaders are born, and fun is the name of the game! Since 1998, WorldStrides has been on a mission to spark the leadership flame in over 40,000 dynamic young minds from over 15,000 schools worldwide.

During our Youth Leadership Day, your students will learn personal leadership skills and techniques needed to be an effective leader and that will also provide formulas for lifelong success. The speakers for our Youth Leadership Day program have a special way to engage students with their energy, message, and charisma.

Now, let's talk highlights – because who said learning can't be a blast?

  • Learn from the best: Juan Bendana, internationally acclaimed author and inspirational youth speaker, brings a high-energy and engaging presentation to inspire the next generation of leaders.
  • Lunch Buffet and Unlimited Beverages: Because great leaders need great fuel! Feast on knowledge and delicious bites, all included in admission.
  • Professional Development Hours for Teachers: Because the learning doesn't stop at students; it extends to our incredible educators too!
  • Optional Academic Credit: Since WorldStrides is accredited by educational bodies across the country, we can offer students and youth travelers the option of high school credit with our online course, Foundations of Leadership. Teachers will receive free professional development units as well.
