FOODIE FRIDAY: Grain and Grill Sneak Peek

Last month, we announced our all new signature restaurant, Grain and Grill and today we are so excited to reveal a few of the many meal options you will be able to indulge in when you come to the park this season.

Grain and Grill will be an all new dining experience that will bring fresh, savory, and local ingredients packed with flavor to all guests. Plus, adults will be able to enjoy a refreshing craft beer, signature cocktails and wine at the patio bar.

For your meal, you’ll be able to choose a protein, a side and choose one of several toppings of your choice - and the best part (besides the fantastic food)? Most of the options will be a part of the Dining Plan.

While there are so many options, we want to give you a sneak peek at a few of the menu items that you can choose from (and a few of our favorite combinations!). Get ready because these dishes look de-lish! 


To start off, you will be able to choose from four different protein options between garlic and herb chicken, hand carved steak, garlic and herb shrimp and crispy hoisin pork topped with Asian garlic barbeque sauce.

Once you’ve selected your protein, you’ll be able to choose a side from a variety of options plus add toppings to complete your meal.

Choose from:

  • Quinoa salad
  • Basmati Rice
  • Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin
  • Tomato and Cucumber Salad
  • Pesto Penne Pasta Salad
  • Stir Fry Veggies (made with tamari gluten free soy sauce)
  • Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
  • Adobo Macaroni and Cheese
  • Spring Mix Greens

Toppings range from pickled onions to different dips like hummus and a variety of sauces to add extra flavor.

One of the great things about this location is it can cater to all guests. Whether you’re gluten free or low carb, or are looking for a variety of vegan and vegetarian options in the park – we’ve got you!

A vegan dining plan option can consist of your choice of stir fry vegetables, quinoa  salad and cucumber and tomato salad. Top with roasted red pepper hummus and naan and you’re good to go!

Another one of our favorite vegetarian combinations: pesto pasta with tomato, roasted vegetables topped with hummus, pickled onion, tzatziki sauce and served with grilled naan.

For a vegan, gluten free option, you can’t go wrong with quinoa salad on top of field greens with stir fried vegetables and topped with pickled peppers and onions.

Feeling extra hungry? If one protein and one side isn’t enough, you can upgrade your meal with another protein and sides for an additional cost. Our favorite combo for a premium meat option would be a fun twist on a surf and turf! Get a shrimp skewer with hand carved center cut steak on field greens with tomato and cucumber salad and naan for a hearty savory meal.

Don’t forget your refreshing drink! Grain and Grill will also feature a full-service bar with craft beers, ciders, wines, and cocktails for guests 21 and older. Our signature Kings Brew Lager with a lemon herb shrimp skewer drizzled with siracha aioli, field greens, cucumber tomato salad and naan make a perfect pair on a warm summer afternoon.
