Mother's Day Gift Guide

She’s the one who gives you her last bite of funnel cake, the one who bought you that toy you just had to have, and the one who held your hand at the top of I-305. Your mom has spent many days picking up your friends, holding your bags while you ride, and taking endless pictures of memories you probably would’ve forgotten if not for her. This weekend, we celebrate all the moms out there who have fed our theme park habit and embraced our love for coasters from the time we were strolling around Planet Snoopy, to now screaming on our favorite coaster.

If you haven’t yet found the perfect Mother’s Day gift, we’ve got some perfect options that are sure to make your mom smile. To help you out, we’ve put together a Mother’s Day gift guide to show you some of the awesome ways you can spoil your mom on her special day!

Whether your mom spends her time on the beach, in the garden, or out on ball field, this hat is perfect for those moms who spend a lot of time out in the sun! With bright, vivid colors, this hat is the perfect statement piece to show off the love for her kids!

We can’t forget about the grandmas, gigis, and mimis in our life! Pick up a tumbler that both Mom and Grandma can sip their coffee from every morning.

Whether your mom’s closet is full of dark colors or bright ones, we’ve got a shirt to match her wardrobe! With several designs to choose from, your mom will have a stylish way to represent her squad with these fun designs!

Check out our Simply Southern section of the Gift Emporium on International Street or Grizzly Gulch for this fun collection!

For the dog-loving moms- we know they’re out there- grab a colorful shirt to remind them how much their fur children mean to them! With several breeds represented, pick out one from the Gift Emporium on International Street so your furry friend is also included in the Mother’s Day gifting.

Who doesn’t love a fun mug to get the morning started off right?! Mom will definitely appreciate a PEANUTS mug with her favorite character plastered on the front. Available at the Snoopy Boutique in Planet Snoopy and the gift shop attached to Fudge & Fun on International Street, this is a simple way to help your mom embrace her inner child, all while enjoying a cup of jo.

A sure way to get on mom’s good side- sweets! We’ve got truffles, chocolate covered pretzels, and fudge galore at Fudge & Fun and The Candy Shop on International Street for you to choose from. Pick her favorite or grab one of each- your mom will thank you either way!

Not to be biased, but this is one of our favorite picks for Mother’s Day gifts this season! Available in our all-new store, Grizzly Gulch, these matching pajama sets are perfect for a good family photo session. Even the littlest family member can get in on the matching- what’s not to love about being comfy with adorable sets for the entire crew?

For the coaster enthusiast mom, we’ve got an entire display dedicated to her! Also available in our Grizzly Gulch store, pick up merch for your coaster-loving mom so she can show love during her next visit to the park!

Speaking of the coaster enthusiast moms, how about grabbing her some gear to show off her favorite twist of steel?! You can find ALL the Twisted Timbers gear at Twist & Shop, located right beside Twisted Timbers in Candy Apple Grove.

You can never go wrong with jewelry! Located in several stores throughout the park, find unique earrings, necklaces, and bracelets that mom can wear with any outfit. From funky to more simple designs, there’s something for every mom out there.

From all of us at Kings Dominion, THANK YOU to all the moms out there who have spent many hours at our park. Want to spend Mother’s Day at the park, but don’t have a ticket yet? Season Passholders can purchase Bring-A-Friend tickets for just $22 online to use May 10-12 for Mother’s Day weekend. We can’t think of a more perfect way to celebrate!
