With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season coming up, what better way to say “All I Want for Christmas is You” than by setting aside time with your loved one to experience all this festive season has to offer? If you’re looking for something big, bright and merry to do with your sweetheart this holiday season, WinterFest offers a full evening of activities, shows and sights to take in. Open select nights November 23 – January 1, you have plenty of opportunities to plan a special night with your other half. Here are just some of the ways to take advantage of a date night at WinterFest this season:

Ice Skating on Snow Flake Lake

Take to the 22,000 square foot ice skating rink on our International Street Fountain with your significant other! This gives you the perfect excuse to hold hands with our 300-foot tall Eiffel Tower Christmas Tree in the background while you skate. Tickets are just $15 each for a 90-minute session and include your skate rental. You can also pay and book your time on Snow Flake Lake ahead of time online.

Share a Funnel Cake

Our full lineup of WinterFest food was recently announced, including the return of the Gingerbread Funnel Cake this season. This crowd favorite includes succulent ginger in our famous funnel cake form, topped with fresh baked gingerbread crumble and finished with powdered sugar, fresh whipped cream and our signature molasses sauce. Available at all funnel cake locations, be sure to grab two forks to share this delicious dessert.

Cozy up on Americana

This year we’re excited to include Americana on our rides list during WinterFest so that you can take in all the bright lights throughout the park from the top of the sky. Hop in and snuggle up for a ride that promises beautiful views and a picturesque scene of WinterFest. For a full list of rides open during WinterFest, click here.

Play Reindeer Games

Impress your date by winning the biggest plush in the park at any of our game locations! Picked from Santa’s Workshop itself, you’re sure to win your date over by snagging one of our festive themed prizes.

Go for a Carriage Ride

Immerse yourself in WinterFest Way through our carriage rides. For an additional cost, this timeless experience will be a memory for the ages as you sit back and relax on your ride through the dazzling holiday scenery. Carriage rides can be purchased in-park only.

As you stroll through our 11 uniquely themed areas and take in the millions of lights throughout the park, we hope WinterFest provides a place where many holiday memories are made with the ones you love most. For a full list of activities, shows, experiences and ticket information please click here. WinterFest returns November 23 and is open select nights through January 1, including a special New Year’s Celebration on December 31 from 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
