It’s that time of year again, delicious BBQ, cold craft brews and live music are all here for a fourth season of BBQ & Brew Fest!
Come explore the different BBQ styles from around the country, including a few new additions. Kings Dominion Executive Chef, Tiffanie Blackmon, and her amazing culinary team are whipping up BBQ dishes inspired by the various styles found around the country.
- NEW - Hawaii
- St. Louis
- North Carolina
Guests can also visit select locations for exclusive, limited-time menu items such as Memphis Mac and Cheese at the Mac Bowl and Smoked Wings with Apple Butter BBQ Sauce at the Pit at Country Kitchen.
“I love great BBQ. So, I looked at what we served last year, kept what the guests loved but added a few twists,” Chef Tiffanie said. “You will see everything from St. Louis style ribs, to Parmesan roasted corn and even Smoked Wings with Apple Butter BBQ Sauce. However, I’m most excited about the addition of the Hawaiian BBQ, a style I’ve been eating since I was a kid!”
We take our BBQ seriously…So serious that our culinary team has made exclusive signature rubs for the brisket, chicken, ribs and everything in between.
“All of the rubs we put on the meats are signature rubs I have created to enhance the flavor of the food. But – it’s not all about the rub, it’s in the technique,” Chef Tiffanie said. “Our BBQ is slow cooked in the smoker up to twelve hours ahead of time.”
Who’s ready to try this fall-off the bone BBQ? WE ARE.
