Auditions will be held on the following dates at Kings Dominion. Everyone attending must fill out and application online prior to attending the audition date of your choice.

AUDITION INFORMATION

• SINGERS — Prepare two songs (one up-tempo and one ballad) with accompaniment. Bring CD or sheet music prepared in the correct key. We are looking for singers proficient in multiple performance styles including pop, rock and country. You may be asked to learn a dance combination. Please bring a current photo and a one-page resume.
• DANCERS — We will teach you a brief dance combination. Multiple talents are a plus, so if you are also a singer please comes early for the vocal auditions. Wear dance clothes and shoes or sneakers. No jeans. Please also bring a current photo and a one-page resume.
• ACTORS — Prepare a family-friendly comedic monologue no longer than 90 seconds in length that displays your personality, comedic ability, and announcing style. Please bring a current photo and a one-page resume.
• CHARACTERS – We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to portray Peanuts Characters. You must be between 4’10” to 5’4”. Interviews will be held during the auditions on a first come first serve basis
• TECHNICIANS & COSTUMERS — Interviews will be conducted for experienced sound operators, lighting operators, follow spot operators, stage crew and costumers. Interviews will be held during the auditions on a first come first serve basis. Please bring a one-page resume with references.
• STAGE MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS — We are looking for experienced Stage Managers and supervisors to manage a variety of show and special events. Please bring a resume with references.

Additional Information

• An online application must be completed at www.kingsdominion.com before attending the audition of your choice.
• You will be auditioned in order of arrival within your talent category.
• Applicants must be at least 15 years old to audition and 16 years old to begin work. Proof of age is required.
• The audition process may take a long time - please be prepared to wait.
• Your audition information may be shared with outside production companies.
